## Arrange wheelchair assistance

Your airline coordinates wheelchair assistance for your flight. Request it in advance and explain the parts of the journey where you need support.

- Terminal to Rental Car Center: MIA asks travelers to arrange assistance with its ADA coordinator in advance.
- Rental Car Center to terminal: Arrange assistance with your rental-car company.

## Sunflower lanyard

MIA’s voluntary Sunflower lanyard helps staff recognize travelers who may need more time or assistance. It does not provide priority access or let you skip queues.

## Facilities to know



- Multi-sensory rooms: After security: Concourse D near checkpoint 4 and the H-J Connector.
- Mobility-device charging: Stations are listed in D, E, F, G, H and J, plus before-security locations at D and H international arrivals.
