# Terms of use

The terms for using Fly Whenever: what the site is and isn't, how fares and flight times can change, fare alerts, and fair use of the site.

## These terms

Fly Whenever (flywhenever.com) is run by Mastering Reselling Solutions, a company based in Alberta, Canada. By using the site you agree to these terms.

## What Fly Whenever is

Fly Whenever shows information about flights, airports, airlines and cheap fares, and emails fare alerts to people who ask for them. We don't sell tickets, we aren't a travel agency, and we don't take bookings or payments for travel. You book with the airline or booking site, under its terms.

## Fares change

A deal shows a fare we found and when we checked it. Airlines change prices and seats at any time, so a fare can be gone or cost more when you look. The price on the booking site when you pay is the one that counts. Check the fare's rules for bags, changes and refunds with the seller before you book.

## Flight information can be late or wrong

Schedules, gates and flight statuses come from other sources and can be late, incomplete or wrong. Always confirm with your airline and airport before you travel, and don't rely on Fly Whenever for a decision that can't wait.

While the site is in preview, boards and flight pages show a sample schedule: they show how the pages will work, not real flights.

## Fare alerts

Fare alerts are free. You can stop them at any time with the link in every email. We may stop sending to an address that keeps bouncing or that marks our emails as spam.

## Using the site fairly

You may read, link to and quote the site. Please don't copy its data in bulk, collect pages beyond what our robots.txt allows, or try to break, overload or get around the site's protections. Assistants and AI agents are welcome through robots.txt, llms.txt and the Markdown copy of each page (the page address followed by .md).

## Our content

The site's text, design and our own photos belong to us or are used with permission. Flight data comes from licensed providers under their terms.

## Links to other sites

We link to airlines, airports, booking sites and other sources. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you follow a link.

## No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for missed flights, fares that changed, or losses from relying on information on the site. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

## Law and changes

The laws of Alberta and of Canada apply to these terms, without removing protections you have where you live. When we change the terms, we change the date below. Questions go to the contact address on our [contact page](https://flywhenever.com/contact.md).
