How to report a mistake on Fly Whenever, and how we check and fix it.
Tell us what's wrong
If a page has something wrong, such as an airport detail, a schedule, a deal or a link, write to the contact address on our contact page with the page address and what you saw.
What we do
We check the report against the source the page relies on, fix the page if it's wrong, and update the date the page was checked. When the source itself is wrong, we say so on the page until it's fixed.
Flight times and statuses
These come from flight data feeds and update on their own. If one looks wrong, check with your airline first; tell us too, so we can look at the feed.
