Where to find a person
Four Traveler Information Centers sit on the Arrivals and Baggage Claim level. They hold the hotel numbers and the phone for calling a courtesy vehicle, which matters here because the airport publishes no hotel list of its own.
Accessible transport
Wheelchair-accessible taxis are requested through the Parking Dispatch Office on 704-359-4038, the same number for a fare dispute.
Special assistance screening
Checkpoints 1, 2 and 3 all run a special assistance lane, and every one of them reaches every gate.
