What the airport provides, the number to call, and where to find a person.
Arranging help
Accessibility services are arranged on 403 735 1200, and the airport asks that you call ahead rather than arrive hoping.
Where the desks are
Information desks sit on the Arrivals level near Door 9 and elsewhere in both terminals. They hold hotel numbers and a courtesy phone for calling a shuttle.
Quiet space
Two rooms after security, one beside Gate A24 and one near the D and E pick-up area, open 24 hours. Loungers, seating and yoga equipment to borrow. Before security, the airport suggests the tunnel toward P2 between Doors 15 and 16 on the Arrivals level.
Getting here
One hotel on the airport's shuttle list states its shuttle is not accessible for guests with disabilities. Where accessible transport matters, arrange it before you land.
